What IT leadership asks us most often
VERIAX is not a chatbot but an AI agent orchestration framework for businesses. A chatbot answers questions; VERIAX executes processes. For a quarterly compliance report, for example, it retrieves data from the connected systems, checks deviations against internal rules, prepares the document and submits it to the manager for approval before archiving it.
No, if locally run models are used. VERIAX installs within the perimeter chosen by the customer: on its own infrastructure, in its private cloud, or hosted and managed by THUX CODE. Data stays within that perimeter. The only exception concerns requests sent to cloud models, and it can be eliminated by adopting open-source models running locally: in that case no data leaves the perimeter.
No. The setup is fully managed by THUX CODE, which installs and configures the framework and trains the people who will use it. After handover, day-to-day management is entrusted to the business leads and domain managers who know the company's processes. No data scientists or dedicated technical staff are needed: the training included in the onboarding program is enough.
Typically the first use case is tested in the field about 6 weeks after kickoff and goes into production in about 12. The first two weeks are dedicated to installation, the next two to configuring agents, knowledge, connectors and permissions. These are followed by the field trial with the collection of indicators, and by go-live with user training. Timelines depend on the use case.
VERIAX is developed by THUX CODE in compliance with the obligations that the AI Act places on the provider of the system. Meeting the obligations that the AI Act sets for the user (deployer) depends exclusively on how each organization uses the framework: compliance with them is therefore the customer's responsibility. VERIAX provides safeguards that support use in compliance with the AI Act through a set of configurable tools. These include an audit log of access, configurations, permissions and approvals that makes any tampering detectable; human oversight over sensitive actions and within processes; permission management by role and group; and source citation in answers based on the knowledge base. For customers who request it, THUX CODE offers dedicated specialist advisory aimed at full compliance with the obligations that apply to the use of AI systems.
The cost depends on the size of the installation, the complexity of the use cases and the required service levels. Customizations are quoted at a fixed price, never by the day. A preliminary estimate is provided after the technical analysis of the use case, which follows an initial meeting with the THUX CODE team.
